Everything is great. The product, the packaging, the instructions (both included with cover and on YouTube) and the company in general. I designed my cover and went with the +30mm medium foam. I do think I would have been happier with the soft foam but the foam will break in and is not too firm. I also cut a little of the old seat foam for a bump/step and it fit fine and feels great. Thank you Guts crew for a great product!
