The ordering and shipping processes were fine, no complaints.
But the product itself does not fit so well. For $268, I would think there would be a tight fit and not 1/2" gaps between the bottom of the seat and the bike. Poor fitment, but the seat on its own seems decent. I have pictures but there is no way to upload them.
