I bought the +20mm seat foam, expecting to make the cockpit a little more comfortable.  I was stoked to find that the taller foam made a big difference for me as far as seated comfort on the bike, but the difference in the ease of transitioning from seated to standing position was not expected.  What a difference!  The foam is very light, firm and super comfortable.  It was a great purchase and will be the first mod I make for any new bike I buy.
