If you're looking to return or exchange your unused merchandise, we're here to help! You can return your merchandise for a different product
or a refund
to the original payment method. Just complete the Guts Return
form and include the form when you return the merchandise.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Returned items must have no visible singes of wear or use.
warranty seat covers for 90 days if there is a defect with the
stitching. Warranty replacements does not include damage to the
material as a result of staples or wear and tear from riding (boots
rubbing, puncture, etc). If you have an issue with a seat cover or seat
foam, after is been opened or installed, an you believe it should be
covered under warranty, please email email@example.com
include pictures of the product along with the order number. Please
note there is no warranty on apparel, or parts and accessories.
How long will lit take to receive a refund?
Will I have to pay for shipping?
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days for our receipt of the return
- You will receive an email confirming the refund
note, it can take an additional 3 business days after the refund has
been processed before the refund shows in your account
Is there a restocking charge?
- Returns and Exchanges: you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Guts
- Warranty: we will generally provide you with a pre-paid return label
What do i do if i never received my order?
- There are no restocking charges
